Resume Creation & Tips

Now that you're done with setting up your general Profile Creation & Tips, time to get your first resume up! Some of the data like languages and education will be shown on the resume from profile itself so you don't need to repeat yourself.

Resume creation Head to your profile where you will find a + Add resume button to begin your resume creation.

With Solful Creature NFT you are able to expand from 1 to 3 resumes for more visibility and exposure, especially if you work with different professions or offer multiple different services since your resumes will appear in multiple search results instead of one.

General information Provide your resume's title accordingly to your profession as this will be the main point through which other members will scout for applicants. Write a short introduction that is related to the profession mentioned in the title. Choose your work availability, are you open to providing your real identity if needed (or use Payment Contracts instead of doxxing) and blockchains you would like to work in.

If you don't have experience, description could be an introduction to you and what you are looking to work with, your advantages, and why you would be a good candidate, maybe you learn fast maybe you're really eager to try yourself out, make it sound exciting.

Availability You can pick from five types of availability that can be full time work position or maybe just a volunteer for gaining some experience.

Blockchain You may add multiple blockchains for your resume if you're working or willing to work in any of them.

Most professions are useful on any of the blockchains as well as adding few blockchain options to your resume can expose you to more work and experience opportunities

Academic & Skills Add your profession-related academic licenses and certifications as well as skills.

A resume can contain licenses and certifications from Web2 as well if they are related to the work you're searching.

Adding skills Adding a few skills is mandatory as everyone has at least a few of them and this will make your resume feel much more filled in with some of them added up. If you can't find a skill in the list, you can just type your own skill and add up to the database.

If you don't have experience, skills can also contain custom skills based on your personality or things you do around in real life not necessarily related to work directly.

Experience Let everyone know if you have already worked with any project before or maybe you worked something related to your profession in Web2. Both options work for adding up to your resume!

Portfolio Got something more to add up? Maybe some useful files or your artwork, graphic design samples? You can add all the extra files for preview in the portfolio section.

And... You're good to go! And now you're all set with both profile and resume. Now, once applying to new jobs you may share your profile or resume link to them as well as will be able to directly apply through our Job board (coming soon) later on.
